Effective: July 11, 2026
1. Acceptance and website scope
By accessing or using neuralsync.ca, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. “NeuralSync,” “we,” and “us” refer to the Canadian operating brand responsible for this website. These terms apply only to the website and its public materials.
2. Information, not professional advice
Website content is provided for general business information. It is not legal, privacy, security, financial, accounting, or other professional advice and should not be treated as a recommendation for a specific system or decision. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and evaluating whether any idea is suitable for your organization.
3. OS Audit and client services
Submitting an inquiry or OS Audit application does not create a client relationship, guarantee a call, reserve capacity, or require either party to proceed. The audit is a preliminary fit and opportunity assessment, not a complete architecture, implementation plan, or security review.
Consulting, development, implementation, support, data handling, pricing, deliverables, timelines, intellectual property, warranties, and other project terms must be set out in a separate signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. If a client agreement conflicts with these website terms for the contracted services, the client agreement governs those services.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or infringing material;
- probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with website security or operation;
- introduce malware, automated abuse, or unauthorized scraping that degrades the service; or
- misrepresent your identity, authority, company, or purpose when contacting us.
5. Website content and intellectual property
The website design, copy, graphics, brand elements, and other original materials are owned by NeuralSync or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make a reasonable internal reference copy for your own business evaluation. You may not republish, sell, license, remove attribution from, or create a misleading derivative of our materials without written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Third-party services and links
The website may refer or link to third-party websites, platforms, or tools. Those services are operated independently, and their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security apply. A reference does not mean NeuralSync controls or guarantees the third party.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or remove website content or functionality without notice. We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information can become incomplete or outdated. We do not promise that the website will always be available, error-free, or free from harmful components.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Where the law does not permit a disclaimer, the disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuralSync and the people involved in operating the website will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from website use or inability to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information submitted through the website and ordinary technical information involved in operating it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the website or our practices change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to that later use. Questions can be sent to info@neuralsync.ca.
